Diesel discount is available at all participating stations, excluding supermarkets. Petrol discount is offered at Esso, BP, and Shell stations only. It is not available at supermarkets, UK Fuels, or Fast Fuel stations.

» Are there any charges for the fuel card? ▾

No, the Discount Fuel Card is free of charge, with no card fees, admin fees, or transaction fees. There are no hidden charges.

» What are the guaranteed savings on fuel? ▾

Diesel: Guaranteed savings of 3p per litre on standard diesel. Petrol: Guaranteed savings of 2p per litre on standard petrol.

» How do payments work with the Discount Fuel Card? ▾

Payments are made on a weekly basis with 0% interest. If the direct debit fails and payment is not made within the week, the card will be stopped until the payment is received.

» Can family members also benefit from the Discount Fuel Card? ▾

Yes, the Discount Fuel Card can be used by family members for additional savings. There are no charges for extra or replacement cards.

» What kind of app and online account management is available? ▾

The Discount Fuel Card comes with a helpful app and online account management system called Velocity, which allows users to: View the nearest fuel stations Keep a record of all receipts and sales

» Is the card available nationwide? ▾

Yes, the Discount Fuel Card is accepted at 7,200 fuel stations across the UK, covering 97% of UK postcodes. Check where these are by looking at https://www.erouteonline.com/v7/ukfuels/

» Who fulfils the card orders? ▾

UK Fuels partners with a specialist company to manufacture and fulfil the Discount Fuel Cards. While UK Fuels branded cards are produced in the UK, cards from other fuel brands like BP and Esso are produced in Holland or Belgium and can take slightly longer to arrive with you.

» How do customers apply for a fuel card? ▾

» Will customers be able to track their applications and orders? ▾

Yes, the process is tracked, and users will be informed of their application status and card issuance.

» What if there's a problem with the application form or website? ▾

If customers encounter issues while filling out the application form or notice discrepancies (e.g., incorrect tooltips), these can be amended. Customers are encouraged to report these issues, and changes will be made to ensure the process is smooth.
